Coins and premium features on ChatPist are digital virtual items. They are delivered instantly and become available in your account immediately after purchase.

Because digital items are consumed upon delivery, they cannot be returned.

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Gender or country filters
• Priority matching
• Any digital feature unlocked with coins

They may review refund requests only for unauthorized transactions or clear technical errors.
